60T Ladle Refining Furnace Argon Stirring System for Molten Steel Degassing
60T Ladle Refining Furnace with Argon Stirring System
The 60T Ladle Refining Furnace (LF) is designed for molten steel degassing, temperature homogenization and final composition adjustment. With a bottom argon stirring station and three-electrode arc heating, it improves steel cleanliness and metallurgical quality for medium and large steelmaking plants.
Key Selling Points
- Argon Stirring Station: Bottom porous plug argon stirring accelerates degassing and promotes non-metallic inclusion flotation.
- Large Capacity: 60-ton ladle capacity supports medium and large scale steel refining.
- Three-Electrode Arc Heating: Stable arc heating holds the tapping temperature within a tight range.
- Composition Adjustment: Accurate addition of ferroalloys for precise final steel chemistry.
- Reliable Structure: Heavy-duty ladle car, water-cooled roof and hydraulic tilting ensure long service life.
Working Principle
The ladle with molten steel is transferred under the heating station. Argon is injected through the bottom porous plug to stir the bath, while three graphite electrodes provide arc heating. Slag and alloy additions refine the steel and adjust its composition.
