Operational principle:

The machine is composed of a body, a sandwich pot, a pot cover, a stirring blade, a cutting blade, a discharge port, a feeding device, a flying knife drive, a stirring drive, a heating or cooling system, an automatic control system, and other parts.

Its working principle is as follows:

This machine uses a jacket pot as the material container, and is powered by stirring and cutting blade rotation. After the equipment is started, the material is stirred with a stirring blade at a set speed, and then adhesive is added to the feeding device to mix and roll the material into particles in a short time. Then, a high-speed rotating cutting blade is used to cut the material into particles that meet the requirements. Finally, open the discharge port and let it automatically discharge from the pot. By adjusting and controlling the speed of the mixing blade and cutting blade, particles of different sizes can be obtained.
