- We only pay for one-way shipping. For example, you always pay for shipping to us.
- We pay for the return shipping, only if the value of your cases each time exceeds 400 USD. Otherwise, we would charge a part of return fee.
- When sending packages to us, you are allowed to use our UPS/FEDEX/DHL account, which can help you save shipping costs, due to our better discounts.

Most of our technicians have more than 10 years of production experience, and can strictly control all links in the production process to manufacture high-quality products.
3 What is the warranty for your dental case?
We offer a 5-year warranty for fixed restorations, and 3 year for removable restorations. In most cases, we can repair or remake for free.
4 How about the turnaround time of your dental case?
The turnaround time is about 7-10days start from you ship the cases until you receive them (If there is no delayed in transshipment). We are accept scan files, this can save time and more fast. We will contact with you immediately if there is any questions about cases.
