What is  Anti-static PEEK plate/sheet?

Anti-static PEEK plate is the use of Carbon fiber modified PEEK plastic through the square die extrusion production profile, which is generally black. The anti-static PEEK plate has excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and antistatic properties, and the surface resistivity probe detection is stable at 1E6-1E9Eω /sq. It is mainly used for semiconductor processing auxiliary materials, semiconductor parts, industrial explosion-proof fields, and applications to avoid static electricity generation.
