The EPDM Rubber Flanged Duckbill Check Valve features an all-rubber structure with carbon steel flange connections. Its unique "duckbill" design enables forward flow and reverse check functionality, making it ideal for water supply and drainage applications.
When water flows into the inlet, minimal water pressure opens the valve - higher pressure results in greater opening and increased flow. During reverse flow, the valve port automatically closes, creating a tight seal that improves with back pressure.
Prevents floodwater intrusion into sewers and basements, protects against water level rise in treatment plants and pumping stations, and contains sewage or fluid odors while maintaining drainage readiness.
