The rubber duckbill valve is manufactured through specialized processing of elastic rubber and artificial fibers, featuring a unique duckbill-shaped design. This all-rubber structure incorporates built-in reinforced fibers and is engineered based on comprehensive stress analysis and calculations.
With no moving parts or mechanical components, this maintenance-free valve operates without requiring electrical signals or manual intervention, providing reliable performance in various drainage applications.
Automatically closes under its own elastic action when internal pressure is absent. When water flows through and pressure increases, the duckbill outlet gradually expands to maintain high-flow liquid discharge capacity. Upon water flow cessation, the valve automatically closes to prevent backflow of liquids or gases.
Operates with water head greater than 0.01 meters (equivalent to 0.001MPa) and can be opened statically.
Reduces head loss to minimal levels under normal working conditions, though built-in models may experience slightly increased head loss due to smaller inner diameters compared to original pipelines.
