Flanged rubber lined pipe is a type of industrial pipeline with a seamless carbon steel outer shell as the pipe skeleton and a lining layer made of EPDM or neoprene rubber. Through the physical and chemical properties of the rubber itself, the lining reduces the impact of corrosive chemicals on the steel structure. The seamless steel pipe eliminates weld seam weak points, while the rubber lining provides reliable protection against acids, alkalis, solvents, and oils. The flange connection supports ANSI, DIN, and JIS specifications for flexible integration with existing piping systems.
