This Anti-Burst Double Sphere Flexible Rubber Joint is manufactured through high-temperature molded vulcanization, forming a seamless single-body rubber bellows that delivers superior structural integrity and consistent performance across the full service life. The vulcanized rubber body provides high elasticity, reliable sealing and excellent resistance to pressure surge, making it a dependable choice for demanding piping systems.


The joint body is available in EPDM, NBR, Neoprene (CR), NR and PTFE lined options to match different media and working conditions. EPDM offers outstanding weather and chemical resistance, NBR provides reliable oil and fuel resistance, while Neoprene (CR) delivers flame retardance and UV resistance for outdoor and marine installations. The reinforced structure is built with multi-layer nylon cord fabric and steel wire strand, significantly improving burst pressure resistance and extending the service life under high-frequency vibration.


Precision vulcanization and the multi-layer reinforcement ensure gas tightness with zero leakage performance, allowing the joint to be applied to air, gas and vacuum lines as well as liquid systems. The flanged connection supports DIN, ANSI and JIS 10K standards, and the double sphere design offers large axial displacement and angular deflection to compensate for thermal expansion, pipeline misalignment and vibration transmission.
