The multi-effect evaporator is equipped with a steam recompression device, and the steam consumption ratio is increased from 34% to 27%, with high thermal efficiency and remarkable energy saving effect. The glue liquid runs automatically and quickly using the system pressure, with low temperature and short residence time, ensuring high quality gelatin. Sanitary process pipeline, with CIP cleaning system, the equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the surface is polished.
