Duplex F53/2507 Sheet 2B 8K Polished Rolled Stainless Steel Plate
F53 duplex stainless steel, also known as super duplex stainless steel or 2507 stainless steel, is a high-performance alloy with the following characteristics:

Excellent corrosion resistance: F53 stainless steel has extremely high resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and uniform corrosion. It performs well in environments with high chloride content and is particularly suitable for marine environments and the petrochemical industry.

High strength: F53 stainless steel combines the two-phase structure of ferrite and austenite, providing higher yield strength and tensile strength than traditional stainless steel.

Good welding properties: This alloy can be joined by a variety of welding techniques without significantly reducing its corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.

High resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking: F53 stainless steel has a high resistance to stress corrosion cracking in environments containing chlorides.

Low Temperature Performance: Compared to some other stainless steels, F53 maintains good mechanical properties at low temperatures.

Lower coefficient of thermal expansion: F53 stainless steel has a lower thermal expansion coefficient than traditional austenitic stainless steel, which gives it better dimensional stability under temperature changes.
