Corrosion Resistant Nickel Alloy Wires Inconel 600 For Mechanical Metallurgy Radio Chemical
Nickle Alloy Wires Inconel 600 Mechanical Metallurgy Radio Chemical
Nickle Alloy Wires products in coil form obtained by drawing from nickel and nickel alloy billets.
Categories: Nickel wire and nickel alloy wire. Pure nickel wires with varying impurity contents are used in industries such as radio, machinery, and chemicals for structural components. Nickel alloy wires include nickel-copper alloy wires, nickel-manganese alloy wires, nickel-silicon alloy wires, nickel-magnesium alloy wires, nickel-chromium alloy wires, nickel-aluminum alloy wires, and nickel-cobalt alloy wires.
Applications: They are used for corrosion-resistant parts, mesh materials, electronic vacuum devices, temperature measuring elements, etc., in industries such as radio, chemicals, machinery, and metallurgy.
INCONEL ALLOY 600 (UNS N06600 / W.Nr. 2.4816) is a standard engineering material for applications which require resistance to corrosion and heat. The alloy also has excellent mechanical properties and presents the desirable combination of high strength and good workability. The versatility of Inconel 600 has led to its use in a variety of applications involving temperatures from cryogenic to above 2000°F (1095°C).
