Hastelloy X Valve Gate For Petroleum Equipment Valve Plate

 

Valve gate is a gate system component used in the plastic injection molding process. Its main function is to control the flow of plastic melt during the plastic injection molding process in order to better control the quality of plastic products and reduce waste. Valve gate systems typically consist of one or more controllable on/off valves that precisely control the rate and amount of melt flowing into the mold.

The main functions and benefits of valve gates include:

  • Reduce gate marks: The valve gate can be closed immediately after the plastic solidifies, reducing or eliminating gate marks and improving the appearance quality of the product.
  • Multi-cavity mold applications: In multi-cavity molds, each cavity can be equipped with an independent valve gate, which can better control the filling of each cavity and reduce product defects caused by unbalanced filling.
  • Improve production efficiency: By accurately controlling the flow of the melt, waste at the gate can be reduced and material utilization improved, thereby improving production efficiency.
