Hastelloy C276 UNS N10276 Nickel Alloy Forged Ring

Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276) nickel alloy forged ring is a high-performance corrosion-resistant forged component with excellent resistance to oxidation, reduction, pitting, and crevice corrosion. It performs reliably in strong acids, chloride media, and marine environments. Conforming to standards such as ASTM B564, it offers excellent strength, toughness, and workability, making it suitable for high-pressure and severe corrosive service conditions in chemical, offshore, oil & gas, and environmental industries.

Forging Ring Manufacturing Process

Our Hastelloy C276 rings are produced through a controlled open-die or ring-rolling process from vacuum induction melted (VIM) + electroslag remelted (ESR) billets. The seamless ring rolling technique ensures optimal grain flow orientation along the circumference, enhancing corrosion fatigue resistance and structural reliability. Post-forging heat treatment features solution annealing followed by rapid water quenching to prevent detrimental phase precipitation and achieve the specified corrosion-resistant and mechanical properties.

Quality Assurance

All DINGSCO Hastelloy C276 forging rings undergo rigorous inspection including ultrasonic testing (UT per ASTM A388 ), liquid penetrant inspection (LPI), mechanical property verification per ASTM E8/E21, chemical analysis via OES, and full dimensional inspection with CMM. Complete material certifications and NDT reports are provided with every shipment.
