Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825) nickel alloy seat rings are manufactured from a nickel-iron-chromium corrosion-resistant alloy, offering excellent resistance to acidic environments, pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Precision machining provides accurate dimensions and reliable sealing fit, making them suitable for ball valves, gate valves and other valve applications in oil & gas, chemical processing, offshore engineering and highly corrosive service environments.

Precautions
- Control machining parameters to prevent work hardening.
- Prevent contamination from iron particles, carbon steel, and other foreign materials.
- Ensure sealing surface dimensions, concentricity, and surface finish meet requirements.
- Control assembly clearances to prevent sticking or leakage.
- Conduct final inspection and maintain material traceability with MTRs and inspection records.
Quality Assurance
Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825) seat rings are forged per ASTM B564 for API 6A sour‑service valves, NACE MR0175 compliant. Inspection scope covers PT, UT, tensile test, OES, PMI, hardness and dimensional check. Complete material traceability is ensured; MTR, heat‑treatment and NDT reports are available on request.
