Fresh cut vegetables processing line

(1)Preparation table: Cut vegetables to 2 or 4 parts. Waste is put into funnels. Good vegetables are put on middle conveyor belt.
(2)Leafy vegetable cutting machine : Adjustable speed which suitable for cutting vegetables to different size.
(3) Elevator : Connect vegetable cutting machine with washing machine.
(4) 1st spiral washing machine: Unique spiral water flow prolong washing time. Up and down rolling cages collect worms and impurity.
(5) 2nd spiral washing machine: Similar to 1st spiral washing machine. Clean vegetabgles again to guarantee washing effect.
(6)Double directions conveyor: Vegetables fall down to conveyor belt and delivered to plastic baskets. When 1 basket is going to full, conveyor deliver vegetables to another baskets.
(7) Vegetables is put into spin dryer and remove the extra water drop down. Salad is finished.
