Working principle

- Spring load principle: A spring load structure may be used, relying on spring force to balance the force on the valve disc. During normal operation, the spring force presses the valve disc tightly against the valve seat and the valve is closed; when the system pressure exceeds the spring set pressure, the spring is compressed and the valve disc opens to release pressure; when the pressure drops to a certain value, the spring pushes the valve disc back to the seat and the valve is closed.
