Working Principle

Usually, the main safety valve adopts a two-stage overflow structure. The first-stage overflow is composed of a damping hole and a small spring, and the second-stage overflow is composed of a thick spring, a conical valve needle, etc. When the system pressure increases, the oil first passes through the damping hole to overcome the force of the small spring. If the pressure continues to increase and reaches the set pressure of the thick spring, the conical valve needle is pushed open, and a large amount of oil flows back to the oil tank to achieve pressure relief.

Limit system pressure:

Prevent the hydraulic system pressure from being too high. When the main pump pressure exceeds the set value, the main safety valve opens to allow the oil to return to the tank, protecting components such as the oil pipe, pump, cylinder and control valve from being damaged
