Working principle

When the electromagnetic coil is powered on, electromagnetic force is generated, attracting the valve core to overcome the resistance of spring force and other resistances to produce displacement, changing the position of the valve core in the valve body, changing the flow channel of the oil, thereby realizing the on-off and reversing control of the oil circuit. When the electromagnetic coil is powered off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the valve core returns to its initial position under the action of spring force or other reset force, and the oil circuit state also returns to its original state.

Function

- Control the oil flow direction: By moving the valve core to switch the oil passage, the hydraulic oil flows to different actuators as required, such as hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors, etc., to achieve the action switching of various working devices of the excavator, such as the lifting and lowering of the boom and the extension and retraction of the arm.
