   Its working principle is: when the hydraulic system pressure rises to the set pressure of the main relief valve, the valve core of the main relief valve overcomes the spring force to open, so that part of the hydraulic oil flows back to the tank through the overflow port, thereby limiting the system pressure from continuing to rise. When the system pressure is lower than the set value, the valve core is closed under the action of the spring force, and the hydraulic oil is normally supplied to the actuators such as the travel motor to ensure the normal operation of the system.

   For example, when the excavator encounters greater resistance during travel, causing the system pressure to tend to exceed the rated value, the main relief valve opens the overflow to prevent the hydraulic components from being damaged by excessive pressure, thus protecting the system.
