AP2D36 Excavator Hydraulic Gear Pump

Working Principle

     - Oil suction process: The engine drives the active gear of the pump to rotate, forming a meshing motion with the driven gear. On one side of the suction chamber, the gear teeth gradually separate, the tooth groove volume increases, forming a local vacuum, and the oil in the oil tank is sucked into the pump under the action of atmospheric pressure.

      - Oil pressure process: As the gear continues to rotate, the oil in the tooth groove is brought to the discharge chamber. On one side of the discharge chamber, the gear teeth gradually mesh, the tooth groove volume decreases, and the oil is squeezed from the discharge chamber into the discharge pipe to form a pressure oil output.

Function

   - Provide power: convert the mechanical energy of the engine into hydraulic energy, provide power for the hydraulic system of the excavator, drive the hydraulic motor, hydraulic cylinder and other actuators to work, and realize the extension, rotation, excavation and other actions of the excavator arm.
