Working Principle

     There is a coil inside the fuel cut-off solenoid valve. When the vehicle starts, the key switch is turned to the start position, and the current passes through the coil, generating magnetic force, which pulls the valve core, overcomes the elastic force of the spring, opens the valve, and conducts the oil circuit, so that the fuel can be supplied to the engine normally, ensuring the engine starts and runs. When the engine needs to be turned off, turn the key switch to the stop position, cut off the current of the coil, the magnetic force disappears, the spring pushes the valve core to move, closes the valve, blocks the fuel supply, and the engine turns off due to lack of fuel.

Function

     The main function is to control the on and off of the engine fuel supply. During normal driving, the fuel system is ensured to supply fuel normally and the engine runs stably. When the vehicle needs to be turned off, the fuel supply can be quickly cut off to achieve a smooth engine shutdown. In addition, when the engine fails and needs to be shut down urgently, or the vehicle encounters an emergency and needs to stop running immediately, the fuel can also be quickly cut off by operating the fuel cut-off solenoid valve shutdown switch to avoid accidents or expansion.
