Working principle

     When the walking control lever is in the middle position, the oil inlet oil circuit is cut off, and the four working ports are connected to the oil return port through the internal channel to realize oil return. Move the walking control lever backward, and the rocker arm and other components convert the backward movement of the control lever into the downward movement of the right push rod, and transmit the downward displacement of the push rod to the valve core through the spring seat clamp spring and the balance spring. Under the joint action of the balance spring and the outlet secondary pressure, the valve core maintains balance with the force acting on the push rod and maintains a constant position. At this time, the outlet pressure remains constant. When the foot valve is in the maximum working position, the pressure relief effect of the valve core fails, and the outlet pressure increases to the same as the inlet. When the travel control lever is released, the right push rod has a tendency to reset quickly under the combined action of the reset spring and the thrust difference between the upper and lower damping chambers. However, due to the damping effect of the throttle hole in the left push rod, the downward movement speed of the left push rod is limited. The travel control lever and the right valve core can be reset smoothly, reducing the impact of high-pressure oil on the travel system. During the upward movement of the right push rod, the oil in the upper damping chamber is discharged through the one-way valve in the push rod.
