Outer ring zinc-nickel alloy plating: The bearing outer ring undergoes acidic zinc-nickel alloy electroplating (nickel content 12%-15%) with a thickness of 8-12μm, followed by trivalent chromium passivation. This treatment not only provides excellent corrosion resistance (5,000 hours of salt spray without red rust, 2.5 times that of ordinary galvanized bearings) but also has strong coating adhesion — the cross-cut test (ASTM D3359) reaches grade 5B (no peeling), avoiding coating detachment during bearing press-fitting (press-fitting force 6-8kN) that causes early corrosion.
