Grade2 and Grade3 have a thicker insulation layer, making them safer and more reliable for use at higher voltages and temperatures.

 

High heat resistance: UEF1 enameled wire has a heat resistance class F, with a heat resistance temperature index of up to 155°C. This characteristic enables UEF1 enameled wire to withstand the high temperatures generated by the operation of electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, etc., and ensures the stability and reliability of the equipment.

 

Good mechanical strength: thanks to the use of high quality raw materials and advanced production processes, UEF1 enameled wire has good mechanical strength, which can maintain the stability of shape and performance during the winding process, reducing the risk of wire breakage and deformation.
