ET20C CNC Sign Bender is a high end channel letter bending machine which adds the function of automatic flanging, notching, cutting and shearing for flat metal material on the basis of existing bending machine. The notching and cutting are controlled by servo system, which is characterized by high precision, fast speed and strong stability.
FEEDING SYSTEM
1. The material clamps are casted which can avoid scratching the material, meanwhile improving the feeding holding. Using air pressure to press the material, avoid material uneven and ensure the smooth feeding.
2. The double ball screw is matched with nylon gear transmission for precise positioning, which greatly improves the feeding speed and stability of the machine.
SLOTTING SYSTEM
1. The slotting knife adopts high strength alloy cutter, which can slot various metal sheet. Each knife has 8 angles, no need to sharpen, greatly improve the working life.
2. The linear guideway is matched with the ball screw, with 750W high-power servo motor, greatly improve the slotting speed and stability.
