Cast clamps
Cast clamps can avoid scratching the material, meanwhile improving the feeding holding.
Encoder
The encoder monitors the numerical change of the feeding length in real time, compensates the unqualified data, and ensures the feeding accuracy within 0.01mm.
Double-cutters
Double-cutters (plane cutter + milling cutter) slotting structure can easily deal with various metal sheet and aluminum profile.
Feeding roller
Specially designed feeding roller is finished by CNC lathe to ensure feeding accuracy and avoid material scratch. This fully pneumatic feeding device can adjust the material depth at will.
Full servo control system
The 4-axis high-power 750 W imported full servo control system ensures the accuracy and stability of feeding, slotting, height adjustment and bending.
Small radian bending tools
Small radian bending tools can be customized, and the minimum bending angle can be R3.
