EJON W40 Wide Edge Heavy Automatic Channle Letter Bending Machine is widely used in making Landscape character, Square letter, High side character, Hypotenuse letter and other letters.
W40 bending adopts 1500W SERVO motor, high torque, high forming degree.The precision mechanical bending system performs good when processing thick plates and high-side materials. The software is easy to operate, and it does not need to modify the nodes of the processing graphics, which greatly improves the work efficiency.
Adopting progressive clamping feeding design with large torque and high precision, the waste of materials is avoided and the cost is saved. Through the perfect combination of feeding clamp, high-quality ball screw and linear guide, high-power servo drive, it can meet the high load working condition. The cooperation with the material pre-straightening system eliminates the feeding slipping and deformation of the sheet during feeding process.
W40 adopts CNC turning tool as slotting tool, which has properties of high strength and low loss. Each knife has 8 angles, no need to sharpen, greatly prolongs the service life. There is lower noise and no dust in the machining process, which ensures the smooth grooving effect.
