Ejon Y20L CNC Sign Bender is a high end channel letter bending machine which increase the slotting width from 130 mm to 200 mm on the basis of existing bending machine Y13L. The core hardware of the machine adopts the casting structure, which is formed once and has strong stability. It is equipped with computer, air pump, voltage regulator and other related equipment. It is the first choice for making high-end LED characters, stainless steel letters, punch letters, resin letters and other sign letters.

Casted material clamps alternately feed without scratching and warping the material, ensure the smooth feeding.
Double ball screw matched with nylon gear transmission can greatly improve the feeding speed and stability with its precise positioning.
Plane cutter can slot diverse materials such as stainless steel, galvanized plate and aluminum plate. High strength alloy cutters are used for slotting knifes, each knife has 8 angles, no need to sharpen, greatly improve the working life.
Ductile iron casted bending structure has good shock absorption and high structural strength, which reduces the number of parts and components.
Air blowing and cooling function extends the service life of the cutter while ensuring smooth slotting.

File Format
The software of bending machine is self-developed. Import file format supports .Dxf.Plt .AI We recommend using Coredraw or adobe illustrator to complete the file after the export file to.Dxf.Plt.Ai format. Then open the operating software, select the document.
