ET80 is a heavy Channel Letter Bending Machine launched for the need of large neon signs making.
It adopts CNC lathe tool as slotting tool, with high strength and low loss. The knife grain has 4 edges on both sides and no need to sharpening. Equipped with oil mist lubrication cooling function, prolong the life of knife grains. Adopting progressive clamping feeding design with large feeding torque and high precision, thus effectively avoided material waste and fundamentally saved the cost. The perfect combination of material jig, high quality ball screw, linear guide rail and high power servo drive make it easy to work at high load working state. Cooperating with the material pre-straightening system, the feeding slip phenomenon as well as the deformation of metal sheet is eliminated and avoided in the traditional rolling feeding process. Precise mechanical blade systems perform better against thick plates and big wide materials. Software operation is simple, processing graphics without modification of Node, greatly improve the work efficiency.
