Ejon Y20L is a multi-functional automatic channel letter bending machine.

Using mechanical hand alternately feeding structure, the stability of the feeding process is effectively guaranteed. Double ball screw with nylon gear, the feeding speed of the machine is greatly improved. The material clamp is made of structural castings, avoid scratching to the material while improving the feeding holding.
Plane cutter can slot all kinds of materials. The linear guide way is matched with the ball screw, with 750 W high-power servo motor, greatly improved the feeding speed and stability.
Double bends alternate bending structure, the bend is widened to 20 cm. The ductile iron casting structure has good shock absorption and high structural strength, reduces the number of parts and components, equipped with high-power servo motor, which effectively improves the positioning accuracy and the stability of high-speed bending.
