EJ0N Y6 machine are BASIC automatic bending machine,it is widely used in Seiko letter,Resin letter,Brimless letter,Narrow edge letter and other letters.Suitable material include Stainless steel,Galvanized plate,Aluminum plate .
Y6 adopt rolling continuous feeding system.The air pressure can be adjusted according
to the materials thickness to avoid indentation and sliding of material .The detection system
of encoder and software combination detects the feeding accuracy in real time and guarantees
the accuracy of ±0.1mm.
High strength alloy cutters adopt 750w high-power servo motor, are used for slotting knives,each knife has 8 angles,no need to sharpen,greatly improve the working efficient.
Double blade alternating bending structure,adopt 750 w high-power servo motor, the curved knife structure cast by ductile iron,good shock absorption,high structural strength,reduced number of parts splicing,high-power servo motor,high-speed bending work under the bending mechanism,the bending mechanism is permanently deformed,which effectively improves the positioning accuracy and the stability of the high-speed bending.
