1. Specially designed extra long alternating feeding mechanism
Mechanical Hand Feeding Design
a. The material is continuously fed by two mechanical hands, effectively avoiding the feeding slipping and improving the feeding precision.
b. The fixed double manipulator guide rail with pneumatic support ensures the smooth feeding and the material will not deform.
c. Through the use of spring compression to control the feeding bracket, effectively eliminate the material warping in the feeding process.
Double ball screw of feeding design
Double ball screw with nylon gear drive ensures accurate positioning, greatly improves the feeding speed and stability of the machine.

The ductile cast iron blades structure has reduced the number of parts splicing, thus has an excellent vibration absorption capacity and high structural strength.
Small radian bending tools can be customized, the minimum angle can be R3.
Extra long bending span
Extra long bending span effectively avoids affecting the forming angle during processing.
4. Four sets of servo motors control system
Full servo control system
The machine can be equipped with Delta or Panasonic servo control system.
The 4-axis high-power 750 W full servo control system ensures the accuracy and stability of feeding, slotting, heightening and bending.
