Product Overview
The TX7130 reflective optical beam smoke detector integrates both light transmitter and detector in a single unit. It operates by reflecting light emitted from the transmitter off a retro-reflector positioned opposite the detector, creating an efficient light path with minimal scattering.
Working Principle
During fire conditions, smoke particles entering the beam path absorb or scatter light, reducing the received signal and increasing optical obscuration. The detector's processor analyzes these signal changes using pre-programmed algorithms to determine fire conditions, activating corresponding relays and LED indicators accordingly.
