Installation Guidelines
- All wiring must comply with local codes and regulations
- Verify detector bases are installed and circuits tested before installation
- Remove power from initiating-device circuits before installing detectors
- Wire sensor base according to wiring diagram
- Install sensor into base by pushing and turning clockwise
- Apply power to control unit after all sensors installed
- Test sensors as described in testing section
Warning: Do not connect 24VDC directly without current-limiting resistance. This will burn out the detector.
