Cast Steel Thermostatic Adjustable Bimetallic Steam Trap
This adjustable bimetallic steam trap features a unique structural design with excellent performance characteristics. It offers large drainage capacity, adjustable leakage temperature, and approximately 2℃ sub-cooling capability, effectively eliminating cold air and non-condensable vapors while preventing steam blockage.
The steam trap utilizes thermal sensing principles to discharge condensed water and handle substantial start-up loads. As system temperature and pressure increase, the stacked nickel chromium bimetallic components expand, tightly closing the drain valve when steam reaches it to prevent steam loss and ensure efficient system operation with energy savings.
