Cast Steel Stainless Steel Free Ball Floating Steam Trap with Auto Air Vent
Operating Principle
This automatic free ball float steam trap operates on the buoyancy principle. The float rises and falls according to condensate water levels, automatically adjusting the valve seat opening for continuous condensate discharge. When condensate stops entering, the float descends by its own weight and closes the drain seat hole. The drainage valve seat position below condensate level creates natural steam separation and water seal, ensuring zero steam leakage.
