Dual Function Operation
Pressure Relief Mode: Installed on drainage bypass parallel to main pipeline. Opens rapidly when upstream pressure exceeds set point to relieve excessive pressure buildup.
Pressure Holding Mode: Installed directly on main pipeline. Maintains minimum water supply pressure by opening when upstream pressure exceeds set point, preventing excessive pressure reduction during fire events.
