NPT BSP Female Threaded Automatic Micro Exhaust Valve DN15-DN25 1.6MPa Pressure Rating
The automatic micro exhaust valve with NPT/BSP female threaded connections is engineered for pipeline systems to automatically remove accumulated gas from high points and bends. This prevents air resistance, ensures optimal water flow capacity, and protects pipelines from vibration or rupture during power outages or pump shutdowns.

- Eliminates pipeline gas to reduce flow resistance and save energy
- Automatically intakes air during negative pressure to prevent pipeline rupture
- Exhaust capacity multiple times higher than standard dual-hole exhaust valves
- Stainless steel float ball bracket ensures extended service life
- 18-month warranty for reliable performance assurance
During pipeline filling, the plug positions downward for large-volume exhaust. Once air is purged, water enters the valve, floating the ball and closing the plug to stop exhaust. During normal operation, accumulated gas causes the water level to drop, lowering the float ball and allowing gas discharge through small openings. During power outages or negative pressure conditions, the float ball descends, opening large ports for rapid air intake to protect pipeline integrity.
