The P43X series barrel-shaped quick exhaust valve features stainless steel float, valve stem, and valve disc components. This industrial valve is specifically designed for installation at pump outlets or within water distribution pipelines to efficiently remove accumulated air, thereby enhancing pipeline and pump performance.

During pipeline filling, the valve disc remains open for rapid air exhaust. Once air is purged and water fills the valve, the float rises to close the valve disc. During normal operation, minor air accumulation is automatically discharged through small ports. When pipeline pressure drops or negative pressure occurs, the valve opens to admit external air, preventing pipeline damage and ensuring system safety.
