Core Operating Principle
Utilizes buoyancy physics where a finely ground stainless steel hollow float ball automatically adjusts the valve seat opening based on condensate levels. When condensate enters, the float rises to discharge water continuously. When condensate stops, the float descends by gravity, closing the valve seat and creating a natural water seal to prevent steam escape.
