Non-Standard Welded Ball Valve with 18 Months Warranty for Standard Pressure Applications

The welded ball valve is an integral welded ball valve formed by pressing carbon steel seamless steel pipes. The valve stem is made of AISI303 stainless steel, and the ball is made of AISI304 stainless steel, which are finely processed and ground to have excellent sealing performance and corrosion resistance.

The sealing adopts a carbon-reinforced PTFE inclined elastic sealing ring that is negatively pressured on the spherical surface, achieving zero leakage in sealing and long service life. The welded ball valve offers multiple connection methods for users to choose from, such as welding, threading, and flanging. It can adopt transmission structures like handles, turbines, pneumatics, and electrics for actuation, featuring flexible and lightweight switching.

• Welded ball valve body uses the all welded structure, there won't be the phenomenon such as external leakage, the valve structure is more compact, easy installation.
• Low operating torque: valve adopts has the self-lubricating backing PTFE metal collar, small friction torque, to ensure that the valve to operate under the condition of the low torque.
• Double block and excretion function (DBB): both sides of the valve in the closed position and the ball under pressure at the same time, the body lumen of medium (water, gas or oil etc) from the drain valve discharge.
• Double piston effect seat structure design: both sides of the seat under the action of pressure seal (double piston effect) double sealing seat design features, once the upstream seat is damaged and leakage, medium pressure on the downstream side into the valve cavity, the seat into the sphere close contact, can seal the downstream seat.
• Reliable seating, structure of floating seat, the seat can be freely floated along the center-line of the valve, for two-way valve seal, under the condition of low pressure, initial seal were obtained through the seat after the spring load, with the increase of pipeline pressure, supplemented by spring force after the seat ring, to keep close contact with the ball seat, reliable sealing effect, seat sealing adopts combined sealing structure, primary sealing can effectively prevent solid particles of the sealing surface is damaged, the secondary seal is rubber ring seal, can guarantee to achieve "zero" leak valve sealing requirements, according to the operation condition, the seat can be embedded in polymer engineering plastic seals.
