Product introduction:

The triple-eccentric multi-layer metal hard-sealed butterfly valve features a triple-eccentric hard-sealing structure, minimizing wear between the valve seat and disc. Its unique design provides a self-tightening seal that improves with closure force, ensuring reliable performance under high pressure.

The stainless-steel sealing ring combines the advantages of metal rigidity and elastic deformation, delivering excellent sealing across a wide temperature range (-20°C to 425°C) and extending service life by resisting corrosion and abrasion.

The disc sealing surface is overlaid with cobalt-based hard alloy through plasma welding, while large-diameter discs utilize a truss structure for enhanced strength, optimized flow area, and reduced turbulence.

Designed for bidirectional flow control, this valve eliminates installation constraints related to media direction or spatial orientation. The actuator supports multi-position mounting (90°/180° rotation), enabling flexible integration into complex piping systems.
