Highlight: Wafer Butterfly Valve

Product introduction:

The wafer butterfly valve is stably connected between two pipeline flanges via double bolts, featuring a (streamlined)

structure, compact design, and light weight, composed of a few core components. It only requires a 90° rotation for quick

opening and closing, with a simple and efficient operation process, while having excellent fluid regulation performance. In

the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly disc is the only obstruction for the medium flowing through the valve

body, resulting in extremely low pressure drop, ensuring its superior flow control effect. This butterfly valve provides two

sealing types: spring seal and metal seal. The sealing ring of the elastic seal valve can be installed on the valve body or

attached to the edge of the butterfly disc, adapting to different working condition requirements.

2. Tightness in both ways, lug type with threaded ears.

3. Flexible sleeve adapted to the shape of the body assures low operating torque. High and low semi stem giving a high flow coefficient, machined disc on periphery giving a low and regular torque.
