Adjustable Cast Steel Bimetallic Steam Trap with Large Drainage Capacity and Flange Connection
The adjustable bimetallic strip steam trap features a unique structure with excellent performance characteristics. It offers large drainage capacity, adjustable steam leakage temperature, and a subcooling degree of approximately 2°C. This design effectively eliminates cold air and other non-condensable gases while preventing steam blockage. The replaceable internal components facilitate easy maintenance and adjustment.
Utilizing thermal sensing principles to discharge condensate, this steam trap efficiently handles large start-up loads. When system temperature and pressure increase, the stacked nickel chromium bimetallic components expand, causing the drain valve to close tightly when steam reaches it, thereby preventing steam loss and ensuring efficient system operation with energy savings.

- Check Valve Function: The valve ball immediately closes the discharge hole during pipeline backflow, eliminating the need for additional devices.
- Exhaust Air and Water: Pipeline pressure or gravity opens the valve to rapidly expel air and water, significantly reducing heating time.
- Condensate Discharge: Condensate gradually reduces the thermal tension of bimetallic components, causing the discharge hole to open progressively for smooth, unobstructed condensate removal.
