Cast Steel Thermostatic Adjustable Bimetallic Small Displacement Steam Trap
This adjustable bimetallic steam trap features a unique structure with excellent performance characteristics. It offers large drainage capacity, adjustable leakage temperature, and sub-cooling of approximately 2℃, effectively eliminating cold air and non-condensable vapors while preventing steam blockage.
With replaceable internal components, maintenance and adjustments are simplified. Operating on thermal sensing principles to discharge condensate, it efficiently handles substantial start-up loads. As system temperature and pressure increase, the stacked nickel chromium bimetallic components expand, tightly closing the drain valve when steam reaches it to prevent steam loss and ensure efficient system operation with energy savings.
