Performance characteristics
1. The heating medium and the heated water flow rate have been greatly improved, and the heat transfer coefficient has been greatly improved;

2. Adequate heat exchange, during steam water heat exchange, can lower the outlet temperature of condensate to 50 ℃, simplifying the heat exchange system and achieving more effective energy conservation;

3. Small cold water area with high volume utilization rate;

4. The tank body occupies a small area, and the space required for extracting the tube bundle is small. Moreover, only one side of the tube needs to be extracted, reducing maintenance space and saving investment;

5. The volumetric heat exchanger maintains a large water storage capacity and a small pressure head loss (≤ 0.003MPa) on the heated water side

RV 03-1 5 S 0 4/0 6 represents a volume of 1 A new type of horizontal volumetric heat exchanger with a design pressure of 0.4 MPa for the tube side and 0.6 MPa for the shell side, with a heating medium of 5 m3 and saturated steam.
 

Working principle
1. Increase the flow rate between the heat medium and the heated water, so that the heat transfer between the heat medium and the heated water changes from laminar heat transfer to turbulent heat transfer;
2. Make full use of the density difference between cold and hot water during the initial heating inside the tank to form a natural circulation and heat the cold water at the bottom of the tank.
