The boiler , which is a automatic horizontal internal combustion three-return fuel (gas) quick loading boiler. It adopts wet-back structure, the furnace bladder is the first return, and the threaded smoke pipe constitutes the second and third return. The boiler is equipped with perfect automatic control device and safety protection device; Circulating water pressure control, overpressure and overtemperature alarm, high and low water level alarm and low water level interlock protection device; Boiler automatic ignition, burner fire automatic regulation and flame out protection, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
The fuel of the product is light oil or natural gas. The fuel is ejected from the burner, ignited by the electronic ignition rod, and is burned under micro-positive pressure in the furnace liner. The high-temperature flue gas enters the second return journey by turning 180° from the recombustion chamber, and then enters the third return journey by turning 180° from the front smoke box, and finally exhausts into the atmosphere by the chimney through the energy saving device.
