Aluminized film is a composite flexible packaging material formed by plating an extremely thin layer of metallic aluminum on the surface of a plastic film using a special process. The most commonly used processing method is the vacuum aluminum plating method, which is to pass high temperature under a high vacuum state. Metal aluminum is melted and evaporated, causing the aluminum vapor to precipitate and accumulate on the surface of the plastic film, thereby giving the surface of the plastic film a metallic luster.
