Same as other EV charging stations suppliers, normally 30%-50% deposit and balance paid off before shipment. Special requirements please contact us for further discussion.
Q: How long is your normal delivery time?
- For stock EV charger: can arrange shipment immediately after order confirmation
- For custom AC EV charger (less than 100pcs): normally 7-15 days
- For custom DC EV charger (less than 100pcs): normally 15-25 days
Q: Can I use my own card or app at your electric car charging stations?
Normally the RFID card and app have to identify our electric charger. We provide 3 free RFID cards for each charger.
Q: Will your electric car charger charge slower in winter?
The charging station may need slightly longer warm-up time before normal operation, but this has minimal effect on output power and can be ignored.
Q: Can you provide a video on how to install the electric vehicle charger?
Yes, we have an installation guide video. The process is simple and can be completed by anyone with basic electrical safety knowledge. We're also available online to assist with any questions.
