JUHE Group provided General Contracting services for this 1.2M SF speculative warehouse. The 40’ clear facility is constructed of tilt-up concrete and steel structure. The building includes a mechanically fastened JUHE roof, 221 dock doors, 98 dock positions with dock levelers, seals and restraints, canopy over the dock doors, 8’ x 10’ clerestory windows allowing natural light into the facility, ESFR fire protection system with an electric pump.

Manufacturing Construction
Baishengjuhe been appointed by Giles to design and construct a turn-key
In the summer of 2020, Allied Steel designed and delivered the 80' X 320' X 30' structure to Giles. The building is designed to withstand wind loads from 130 mph gusts at three-second intervals. The construction process had just been completed when Hurricane Ivan hit the Florida Panhandle.
